One-on-one coaching, online

Release what your nervous system has been carrying

I help people work through panic, anxiety, DP/DR, avoidance, and the stuck emotional energy underneath the symptoms.

The surface issue might be panic attacks, fear of driving, health anxiety, or feeling unreal. Underneath, there is often a body full of resisted fear, grief, anger, shame, pressure, and old protection.

Coaching is where we slow down, feel what has been pushed away, and let the system release what it no longer needs to carry.

01 · Who this is for

When your inner world starts running your outer life

  • You avoid places, conversations, foods, roads, feelings, or sensations because you are afraid of what might happen.
  • You keep trying to think your way out, but your body still reacts before your logic catches up.
  • You feel pressure inside: grief you never really processed, anger you swallowed, fear you keep managing.
  • You look okay on the outside, but inside you feel tense, watchful, or disconnected.
  • You are tired of coping with symptoms and want to understand what is underneath them.

02 · The core idea

The old way is control. The new way is integration.

Most people do not get stuck because they had fear, grief, anger, panic, or shame. They get stuck because the body learned to tighten around those feelings.

You check, brace, avoid, analyze, distract, suppress, or try to force yourself to calm down. It makes sense. It can even help for a moment. But if the emotion underneath never gets felt, the pressure keeps coming back in new forms.

The work is learning how to turn toward what is happening inside, without drowning in it. When the charge can move, the system has less to defend against.

Starting point A sensation, emotion, memory, or trigger gets activated.
Old pattern

Control the feeling

  1. 1

    “This should not be happening.”

  2. 2

Check, brace, avoid, suppress, or seek certainty.

  3. 3

You feel relief for a moment, but the charge stays stored.

  4. 4

The next trigger hits the same old pressure.

New practice

Meet the feeling

  1. 1

    “Something in me needs attention.”

  2. 2

Slow down, notice the body, and stop fighting the wave.

  3. 3

Let the fear, grief, anger, or pressure be felt safely.

  4. 4

The charge can move, soften, and become part of you again.

The shift

You are not trying to win a battle with your symptoms. You are helping your system stop treating your own inner experience like a threat.

03 · What we work with

Symptoms are usually the doorway, not the whole story

Panic and anxiety are real. The body is really reacting. But the symptom is often the loudest part of a deeper pattern.

1

The surface

Panic attacks, DP/DR, anxious thoughts, body scanning, avoidance, health fears, overstimulation.

2

The strategy

Control, check, brace, escape, seek certainty, stay busy, stay guarded, keep everything inside.

3

The charge underneath

Fear, sadness, anger, shame, grief, loneliness, old pain, pressure, and emotion that never got to move.

04 · The path

From resistance to integration

Most people try to get better by controlling the symptom: calm the body, stop the thought, avoid the trigger, find reassurance. That can help for a moment, but it often leaves the deeper charge untouched.

In sessions, we work in the other direction. We get curious about what is happening inside, make enough room to feel it safely, and let the system complete what it has been holding.

Step 01 See the pattern

We name what happens in real life: the trigger, the sensation, the thought, the safety behavior, and what you do to get relief.

Step 02 Feel what is here

Instead of immediately fixing or explaining the feeling, we slow down enough to sense it directly in the body.

Step 03 Let it move

Emotion is not meant to be stored forever. When it is met without resistance, the charge can soften, open, shake, cry, burn, or settle.

Step 04 Integrate

After the release, we help the mind and nervous system understand what changed, then choose the next practical step in life.

05 · What sessions are like

Calm, direct, and built around what is actually happening in you

This is not a script. Some sessions are practical and pattern-focused. Some are emotional. Some are quiet. The thread is always the same: we work with the real thing, not the performance of being okay.

Talk

We understand the situation clearly: what happened, what you fear, what you do to cope, and where the loop repeats.

Feel

We bring attention into the body so you can meet the fear, pressure, or emotion instead of staying above it.

Release

We give the stuck energy enough space to move without forcing it, dramatizing it, or turning it into a project.

Live

We connect the work back to your life: driving, relationships, decisions, food, meetings, being alone, being seen.

07 · About Enis

I went through this myself

My name is Enis Cirak. I had panic attacks, depersonalization, and bad anxiety for about four or five years.

It changed how I lived. I avoided social situations and meetings. I got paranoid about trying new foods. I was overstimulated most of the time and did not feel like myself.

Turning toward the feelings is what finally worked. The sensations still came at first, but I stopped treating every sensation like a problem I had to solve immediately.

Getting out took years. I studied everything I could find on panic, emotional release, meditation, and the nervous system, and I tried it all on myself first. Now I coach people through panic, DP/DR, avoidance, and the stuck emotional patterns underneath.

My work is influenced by meditation, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems, Michael Singer, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, David Burns, and David Hawkins. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

We go at your pace. No rushing and no pushing.

A few notes from people I have worked with

These are public excerpts from Inner Solutions Trustpilot reviews. They are not promises or medical outcomes, just people describing their own experience.

“The very first call, he gave me advice and some things to try so I can sleep better that night. He literally called to check on me the next morning and I had slept 9 hours straight!”

Stephanie S., Trustpilot review

“Enis, had made such a difference in my life. After a miscarriage and going through a really bad anxiety phase and struggling with dark intrusive thoughts and panic attacks. He did not just give me something to make me feel calm for a hour and then spiral, he gave me tools to use constantly.”

Kiara Z., Trustpilot review

“The progress I’ve made since starting with Enis has been remarkable. I’ve not only learned how to manage my anxiety but also to understand its triggers and preemptively work on them.”

10 · FAQ

Common questions

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed mental-health support.

What do you mean by stuck emotions or stuck energy?

I use those words experientially. Many people can feel pressure, charge, tightness, grief, anger, or fear held in the body. We work with those experiences directly instead of treating them like abstract ideas.

Is this only for panic and agoraphobia?

No. Panic and avoidance are common reasons people find me, but the deeper work applies to anxiety, DP/DR, emotional shutdown, relationship fear, inner pressure, and feeling disconnected from yourself.

Do you use exposure?

Sometimes. Exposure can be useful, but I do not approach it as forcing yourself through terror. I am more interested in helping your system learn safety from the inside while you stop reinforcing fear.

What happens in a session?

We talk clearly, then slow down enough to notice what is happening in your body, thoughts, emotions, and protective patterns. The session follows what is real, not a fixed script.

Can I work with you if I am in therapy or on medication?

Yes. Many people are. This work can sit alongside therapy or medication. Medication decisions stay between you and your doctor.

How long does it take?

It depends on the person and the pattern. Some people feel clearer quickly. For others it takes longer. The first step is a free call so we can see what is actually going on.
