Enis Cirak

I help people overcome panic attacks, anxiety, and agoraphobia.

My work is focused on helping people understand what is happening in their body, stop fearing the panic itself, and gradually return to a life that feels open, steady, and possible again.

You are not broken.

Panic attacks and agoraphobia can make life feel small very quickly. You may start avoiding places, situations, sensations, or even your own body because you are afraid of what might happen next.

But the symptoms of panic are not proof that something is fundamentally wrong with you. They are part of a fear response that can be understood, worked with, and unwound.

The goal is not just to feel better for a moment. The goal is to become free again.

How I help

I help people build a new relationship with anxiety so that the fear cycle starts to lose its grip. That usually means learning what panic actually is, understanding why the body reacts the way it does, and practicing a different response instead of reinforcing the loop through avoidance.

We work on clarity, nervous system confidence, and gradual return to the parts of life that have started to feel unsafe or out of reach.

This work is practical, compassionate, and focused on real change.

Who this is for

This is for people who are tired of living around fear.

People who are dealing with panic attacks, constant anxiety, fear of bodily sensations, avoidance of driving or public places, difficulty being alone, fear of leaving home, or the sense that their world has been getting smaller.

It is also for people who know, somewhere deep down, that life can become bigger again.
