You do not have to keep organizing your life around panic.
If panic attacks, agoraphobia, or constant fear have made your world smaller, this work is for you. We meet online, one-on-one. We look at what is really driving the fear. That is how your life starts to open back up.
Who this is for
- People who feel trapped by panic.
- People who avoid driving, stores, restaurants, planes, highways, being alone, being far from home, or certain sensations in their own body.
- People who are tired of watching their own body and mind all day.
- People who look okay on the outside but feel stuck on the inside.
- People who are tired of handling their fear instead of actually living.
What sessions are like
Sessions are calm and personal. We talk directly.
There is no need to perform. No pressure to say the right thing.
We work with whatever is going on for you right now. Sometimes that means slowing down and understanding exactly how panic shows up for you. Sometimes it means sitting with the fear in your body instead of fighting it. Sometimes it means finding the deeper emotion that has been driving the fear.
The goal is not just to cope better. The goal is for panic to stop running your life.
The free call
The first call is free. It is just a conversation.
You can tell me what has been happening, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. I will help you understand the pattern you are stuck in, and whether this work feels right for you.
No pressure. No sales script. Just a real conversation.
Sessions
60 minutes, online over Zoom.
Most people meet weekly or every other week.
Ongoing sessions are $125.
About me
My name is Enis Cirak.
I had panic attacks, depersonalization, and bad anxiety for about four or five years.
It changed how I lived. I started avoiding social situations and meetings. I got paranoid about trying new foods. I was overstimulated most of the time and didn’t feel like myself. The calm, confident version of me felt far away.
I know what it’s like to plan your day around whether your body is going to cooperate. I know what it’s like to sit in a room full of people and feel like you’re the only one who can’t just be there.
What got me out wasn’t numbing it, fighting it, or outrunning it. It was turning toward it. When you actually turn toward what you’re feeling, instead of bracing against it, it starts to move on its own.
That’s the work I do with people now. I remember how painful it is to watch your world get smaller, and I want to help other people move through it with more clarity and steadiness.
We go at your pace. No rushing, no pushing. Just honest conversation and real work.

FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching. It is not therapy, and it is not a medical service.
Do I need to have agoraphobia for this to help?
No. This work can also help if you have panic attacks, fear of fear, ongoing anxiety, or avoidance that is starting to shape your life.
Do you use exposure?
Not in a pushy or rigid way. Exposure helps a lot of people. If it is part of what you are doing, this work can go alongside it. What I focus on is understanding the pattern, and changing how you relate to what is happening underneath.
What happens in a session?
We talk about what is happening, but we do not just stop at talking. We slow down to notice what is going on in your body, your mind, and your emotions, as it happens. Then we work with what is actually driving the fear.
Can I still work with you if I am in therapy or on medication?
Yes. Many people are. This work can sit alongside therapy or medication. Medication decisions stay between you and your doctor.
How long does it take?
It depends on the person and the pattern. Some people feel clearer quickly. For others it takes longer. The point is to do real work that actually helps, not to force a timeline.
